Hey Barracudas, 
We are hosting the Courtyard Swordfish and Belterra Marlins this Saturday, June 19th.

SAAB swimmers must be at the VOSH pool by 6:30 AM. Our warm ups will be 6:45 - 07:15 in Lanes 1-5.

Meet Format: This will be a 5-lane meet using the following format (girls first):
IM (Individual Medley)
Freestyle Relay 
Backstroke 
Freestyle 
Medley Relay
Breast
Butterfly
On deck meetings at 7:40 AM - except Timers at 7:30
Timers: meet inside the Amenity Center to see the new wireless timing system (at 7:30)
Stroke and Turn Judges: meet near the Baby Pool 
Ready Bench: meet at Ready Bench 
Runners: meet near the Starter's tent 
Ribbons: meet at the ribbons desk inside the Amenity Center 
Hospitality: meet at the Hospitality table 
Traffic flow on deck: 
* Swimmers enter the pool area through the North gate near the Ready Bench. 
* 25 yd events will feed from Ready Bench to the West end of pool (opposite the Timers' end). 
* 50 yd events will start from the Timers' end. 
* All swimmers will exit the pool through the double gates in the East fence. 
Note: The Baby Pool is closed during swim meets. 
The meet will start at 8:00 AM sharp! There will not be any deck entries or last minute changes to heat sheets. 
Final heat sheets should be available by 5:00 PM on Friday. Please print a copy for yourself.
All zoos will be between the pool and Gatling Gun. Please, please watch your young ones near Gatling Gun. We will have a concessions stand at the gazebo with breakfast tacos and coffee as well as hot dogs and hamburgers later in the morning, and the usual drinks and snacks. There is no parking inside the pool area. Please park along the streets near the pool or in the Baranoff parking lots.
We will have parents' and coaches' relay races. Bring your swimsuits! We will decide the relay format at the meet. 
The meet is targeted to have the final event completed by 2:00. A better finish time estimate will be known on Friday after the heat sheets are compiled.
